Dr. Christensen came as a skeptic to osteopathy during his time as a medical student and has since dedicated his practice to advancing the art and science of osteopathic medicine. In addition to serving at the Chief Resident of the McLaren Oakland Family Medicine Residency, he completed a five-year combined residency in osteopathic family medicine and emergency medicine. Dr. Christensen is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) and board eligible in Emergency Medicine.
